2007 Cielo

This Cielo blend is 75% Sangiovese and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. It is made in an Italian style, giving it an "old world" feel and will age very nicely. Cielo has bright acidity and is well balanced. The Sangiovese comes from the Stag's Leap District in the Napa Valley while the remaining Cabernet is estate grown by the Klein family.

This wine is very food friendly and pairs well with spicy Italian foods. As with our winery name, Allora, Cielo is a testament to our appreciation of the Italian culture. The Sangiovese gives a soft, peppery spice on the back of the pallet while the velvety Cabernet makes this wine very smooth.

2007 Tresca

2007 marks the 10 year anniversary of Tresca and it makes us very proud to say that it could be the best Tresca to date. This Tresca is 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc. It is 100% estate grown. It is a deep Cabernet with a lot of complexity and ripe berries. This Cabernet has a velvety and long finish that makes you crave more. Drink it now or age it and reap great advantage.

2007 Petite Sirah

The deep and inky appearance in the glass is only out-done by the richness and bright spice when you first sip it. This wine tantalizes both the nose and pallet. The complexity in the '07 vintage makes this a very unique Petite Sirah. We are happy to announce that our Petite Sirah has become close to, if not our best selling wine. This wine should age 10-15 years while rewarding you for doing so.

2007 Cabernet Franc

This vintage is the second release of our Estate grown Cabernet Franc. In 2006 this wine was available for a brief period of time due to the limited production and popularity. This wine has surpassed our expectations and is one of the Family's favorite wines to drink.

It is a very elegant, deep and rich wine that if you could somehow restrain from drinking now, will continue to get better as it ages for years to come. It is a very refined and true expression of the Cabernet Franc varietal with a balanced and delightful blackberry finish. This Cabernet Franc is world class and will hold it's own against the best of the best.

2007 Lusso

After only five years, this may be the most complex and layered Lusso to date. This wine is made from clone 15 and is stunning, full of bright and long lasting fruit, ripe berries and dark chocolate. This wine never goes into a stainless steel tank and is barrel fermented with wild yeast from the grape skins. Lusso is a highly extracted and decadent wine that indulges your entire pallet in pure luxury. It is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and ages beautifully. Savor and sip this wine for as long as you can.
